If unavailable, continue on the storefront checkout. ## Crystal Clear Memories personalization Crystal Clear Memories makes personalized photo crystals. Necklaces and keychains also use 3D engraving. Use current product and variant data for price, availability, dimensions, and suggested subject count. Suggested subject counts are guidance, not guarantees that every photograph will work. Customers can order a photo crystal before choosing the photo, then submit it after purchase. Photo submission and any requested proof review affect production and delivery timing. Use the order-specific continuation provided after purchase; do not invent upload or order access links. Background removal is included in the photo workflow. Customers can request that the background be kept in Special Instructions. The instant photo preview is illustrative; designers refine the artwork before engraving. It is different from the optional free designer 3D proof. For a requested proof, the customer has five days to approve or request changes; without a response the proof is automatically approved and production begins. A proof can delay shipping. Read the current product page for the exact options and policy wording. Light bases are optional accessories. Compatibility and stock vary by crystal size. Read the rendered choices for the selected variant; do not substitute an unavailable base or assume every base fits every crystal. ## AI crystal preview Customers can connect the CCM preview connector manually in ChatGPT or Claude. Follow the [AI crystal preview setup guide](https://www.crystalclearmemories.com/pages/ai-crystal-preview); availability depends on the customer's app and account. The CCM preview connector is separate from Shopify's commerce endpoint above: `https://canopy.crystalclearmemories.com/agentic-preview/mcp`. Discover its current schemas with `tools/list` before calling: - `get_preview_catalog`: read purchasable crystal variants and prices. - `get_crystal_delivery_quote`: check conditional U.S. delivery estimates for the selected crystal, base, photo readiness and proof preference. - `prepare_crystal_preview`: create a private draft; processing begins only after the customer's authorized photo upload. - `get_crystal_preview`: read an authorized preview's status and follow its polling interval. - `configure_crystal_preview`: change its variant, base or engraving using the current revision. A ready preview reuses the existing photo. - `get_crystal_purchase_link`: create an expiring storefront continuation with the customer's selections. Use preview mode only when ready; later mode keeps photo submission after purchase. - `render_crystal_preview`: show the interactive preview and photo preparation controls, with an external preparation fallback. Keep preview references and source-photo access private. Do not upload or process a photo without the customer's authorization. The continuation lets the customer review configuration and costs on CCM; it does not add to cart, pay or place an order. Photo readiness and proof review still affect delivery timing. Preserve backend prerequisites; a disabled Canopy rate does not establish Shopify checkout availability. ## Browser personalization tools On supported browsers, product pages may register CCM WebMCP tools alongside Shopify's catalog and cart tools: - `ccm_get_personalization`: read selected variant, engraving limits/fonts, proof policy, photo readiness, and compatible bases. - `ccm_choose_photo_later`: mark a crystal with no attached photo for photo submission after purchase. - `ccm_set_engraving`: change visible engraving text/font within the product's limits. - `ccm_request_proof`: change the visible optional proof request. - `ccm_select_light_base`: select an available compatible base from the visible options. - `ccm_open_photo_picker`: let the customer select their photo using the existing uploader; supported instant previews start through that workflow. - `ccm_get_preview`: read the current preview status without starting a new preview or polling. - `ccm_add_configured_crystal`: add the visible configuration through the theme's existing form, preserving personalization and accessory association. This changes the cart; it does not pay or place an order. Discover the actual registered tool list on the page before calling. For personalized crystals, adding only a variant through a generic catalog/cart tool can omit artwork, text, proof, or accessory state. Configure the product page and use `ccm_add_configured_crystal` or the visible Add to Cart control. Confirm the resulting cart before proceeding. If tools are unavailable, use the ordinary product controls. Never attach a photo without the customer's authorization.
