Your crystal is personal. Getting it to you should feel just as thoughtful. Every order is handcrafted in Tampa, FL, carefully packed, and paired with clear shipping choices so you can choose what works best for your moment.

Fast, free shipping that fits your moment

Enjoy free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $79 or more. At checkout, you’ll see the available shipping services and estimated arrival dates for your address. Those dates are our best current estimates—not guarantees—and may change if a carrier is delayed, a designer proof is requested, or your photo needs extra attention.

Where we ship

We deliver throughout all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and to PO boxes. We do not currently ship to Canada or other international destinations.

Handcrafted in Tampa, FL

Most crystals are prepared and on their way quickly—typically the same day or within 1–2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends, and holiday volume or a requested 3D proof can add time. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email your tracking details so you can follow it home.

Need to update your shipping address?

If your order has not shipped, use the order-status link in your confirmation email to correct the address, or contact us right away. Once a carrier has the package, an address change may no longer be possible.

Love it—or let us make it right

We’re confident your finished crystal will feel every bit as meaningful as the photo behind it. If it isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange or refund, less return shipping. We’ll process the refund after the returned crystal is received and inspected; your bank’s posting time may vary.

If your crystal arrives damaged

Your crystal is inspected before it leaves Tampa and packed with care. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo promptly and we’ll replace it at no charge. Arrival damage does not use one of your Break-Free Guarantee claims.

If tracking says delivered but it is missing

Contact us and we’ll work with the carrier on a claim while helping you toward a replacement as quickly as possible. Because personalized crystals are made specifically for each order, we do not issue refunds for packages confirmed lost in transit; our priority is getting your crystal remade and safely into your hands.

Changed your mind?

Contact us or reply to your order confirmation within 30 minutes to cancel at no charge. After 30 minutes, we can cancel an unshipped order with a $20 design fee to cover work already completed. Once the order ships, it can no longer be canceled, but the applicable return policy still applies.

Eligible crystals also include our five-year Break-Free Guarantee at no added warranty charge. If an accident happens after delivery, sign in to My Crystals to review coverage and start a claim.
