I was very disappointed in the quality of the crystal brick. The light reflection caused a thick line to go across the verse and you could not read it. See photo. I returned the item for a refund.

Hi Shannon, firstly I want to apologize for your disappointment in the crystal you ordered. We understand your expectations were different and were happy to process a refund ASAP. I do want to point out that what you are referring to is not a quality of crystal or engraving issue, but that glass is clear and reflects objects from behind through it. The line you see is the base illuminating the crystal. Regardless, we are thankful you gave us an opportunity, and wish you the best.
