Great Company
When I accidentally dropped and chipped my crystal keychain, I emailed the company to let them know. They got back to me about their 5-year breakage warranty. I sent the requested 2 photos and small deductible and within a week, my new keychain arrived. This company so obviously cares about its customers. I’ve recommended them to all my friends.

Quick response and delivery
I received a beautiful crystal keychain gift for Christmas, unfortunately it got a chip in it afterwards. I contacted Crystal Clear Memories about it and they quickly responded and sent me a replacement for a small deductible within just a few days time. I am very pleased with this company all around with their products, their responsiveness and their willingness to have things right for their customer. I highly recommend them
