    Fabulous customer service!

    I was so disappointed when my brother in law picked up my Crystal and it slid off the base and broke. I contacted Crystal Clear to see about buying a replacement. They reminded me there was a 5 year breakage guarantee. They made it simple and pain free. I had a new replica crystal within days. I was so impressed! And delighted with their response time.     Crystal Clear Memories - Clearly a superior organization and product

    I was impressed with the entire staff at Crystal Clear Memories. The ordering process - including creation and design - was simple and easy to execute. When I did have a situation with a "self-induced" problem, the customer support team (big kudos to Juan) came to my aid and I was able to quickly reorder a new crystal within a few days covered under their Break-Free Guarantee Deductible. I have ordered over 10 crystals from them over the past year. I love them.

    Amazing!

    I cannot recommend this company enough! We had an unfortunate event, where ours got broken immediately out of the box, and it was a sentimental occasion for us. This company kindly, immediately honored our very low deductible and a new one was sent to us in a matter of days!
