    Amazing customer service!

    I had bought my husband a crystal right after by mom passed. Last year our cleaning person dropped it somehow on our granite counter and it broke chunks off in 3 places. I was so upset given the powerful memory on the crystal.

    I had wanted to buy another but was waiting for a sale. I received an email about an anniversary sale so I went to order a new one. I noticed NOW (ha ha) about the Guarantee so I reached out hoping I would be able to replace this.

    Juan was who I worked with and he was awesome. He understood the importance of the item for me and after sending pics to him was eligible and for only $15 I got a new one. I was so happy as was my husband. Great experience - I have ordered 3 of these in total and it’s been an amazing gift for people I love!

    Fabulous customer service!

    I was so disappointed when my brother in law picked up my Crystal and it slid off the base and broke. I contacted Crystal Clear to see about buying a replacement. They reminded me there was a 5 year breakage guarantee. They made it simple and pain free. I had a new replica crystal within days. I was so impressed! And delighted with their response time.
