    I couldnt ask for more

    The issue I had was not with the picture or crystal itself, it was really due to my own mistake where I wanted to make a change after it was already shipped to me. When I emailed them they answered again very quickly and stated they wanted me to be perfectly happy and covered it under the Break-Free Guarantee Deductible. I offered to pay all necessary costs, including reordering if necessary and they told me not to worry about it they got it covered. The changes I wanted done were made and for a very nominal deductible the crystal was on the way, arrived and looks outstanding. That is true customer service. Thanks Again. David

    Grandma crystal

    I thought it was a good price to recreate a memory I will have forever! I was unsure how to recreate this lovely piece; I was not sure how it cracked. Juan was very helpful to get the process started then once we worked on the deductible, I had my brick within 3 days. Awesome service
